The Sex Ed Lecture Series exists to support people doing sexuality education work in real time—across classrooms, community centers, lecture halls, clinics, and advocacy settings. Our membership is designed to provide ongoing professional development, thoughtful dialogue, and connection in a field that is constantly evolving and often isolating. Members gain access to expert-led programming throughout the year, opportunities to learn from peers across roles and settings, and resources that support both professional growth and personal sustainability.
Weekly Live Programming
Members receive access to weekly, expert-led live lectures on timely topics in sexuality education, policy, culture, and practice. These sessions are designed to support ongoing professional development and keep members informed about emerging trends, current scholarship, and best practices in the field.
On-Demand Recordings
Members have access to recordings of the weekly live lectures that take place during their active annual membership. This allows members to watch sessions they missed and revisit content from the current membership year on their own schedule.
Newsletter
Members receive a monthly newsletter highlighting upcoming programming, recent developments in the field, and selected resources relevant to sexuality education practice and professional growth.
Professional Connection

Continuing Education Opportunities
Membership includes access to AASECT-approved continuing education credits for Lecture Series webinars, with no additional fees required beyond the cost of membership.
Member Discounts
Members automatically receive $250 off each online certificate program and $100 off registration fees for select in-person events — including the Sex Ed Institute and the Sex Ed Leadership Retreat — offered by the Sex Ed Lecture Series throughout the year.
