Description
Faculty: Erica Scott
This session will present a more compassionate approach to teaching consent, moving away from gatekeeper or permissive models to a collaborative one. We will bust myths around consent, including the “freeze and fawn” responses and factors that make consent complex. The discussion will also include strategies for effectively communicating these shifts to parents, administrators, and educators.
