Description

Faculty: Erin E. McKenney

Sexual consent is a crucial topic for students of all neurotypes – however, autistic students report receiving less consent education and have higher rates of sexual trauma. This lecture describes research on autistic and non-autistic young adults’ difficulties with navigating consent and provides strategies to support consent education in neurodiverse classrooms.
