Nonbinary is a growing “gender” option for many people, especially people under 30. This lecture looks at the history of the term and how it has evolved in the past decade as it has gained prominent use in the general public. Based both on research an my interviews with many nonbinary people ranging from 24 to 69, I cover the variety of ways this term is used and expressed.
