Alcohol is involved in most sexual assaults on college campuses, and LGBTQ+ students are at higher risk of sexual assault victimization and substance abuse than their cisgender, heterosexual peers. Based on our research with campus-based prevention educators, we discuss limitations to existing campus prevention efforts and strategies to overcome them.
